About

My name is Adrian Gibson, and I've been dreaming in the kitchen since I was a child barely able to reach the stove. I started out making peanut butter and bologna sandwiches as a kid — and I've been creating ever since. My journey with food hasn't always been luxurious or fancy. I'm a creator at heart: I love mixing concoctions, making a mess, and seeing how it turns out.

It started at Hillsborough High School back home in Tampa. From there I cooked all over Florida — Miami to West Palm Beach, Orlando to Tampa — in upscale restaurants, an Asian bistro, luxury assisted living kitchens, private catering, arenas, and executive dining.

School took me further: an associate degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales, a bachelor's in hospitality management from FIU, and a master's degree after that. I'm an Army veteran, now based in El Paso — and the kitchen never let me go.

The ChefMade Experience is where all of it lands — four Southern-inspired blends built to take the guessing out of everyday cooking. And now I'm building ChefMade Studios in El Paso, the future home of Flavors and Dreams, my live community cooking show. Less Guessing. More Cooking.
